Problem Ingesting Coverage Report Uploads

An error in the upload endpoint caused coverage reports uploaded to Codecov to be rejected. This issue began at 15:58UTC on July 15, 2021 and continued until resolution at 16:25UTC on July 15, 2021.

The issue has been fully rectified, but if you uploaded a coverage report during the impacted time window, it will need to be uploaded again in order to be processed properly.

After 16:25UTC July 15, 2021 upload ingestion is proceeding as normal.
