Codecov API Downtime and Degraded Performance

Due to an errant database issue Codecov's API was temporarily down.

This incident caused degraded performance from 2021-08-28 18:25 UTC to 2021-08-28 18:55 UTC.

From 2021-08-28 18:45 UTC to 2021-08-28 19:05 UTC, the API was fully unresponsive. During this time window, errors retrieving data via Codecov's API could occur, and operability of our web application (https://codecov.io) was impacted.

This issue was fully remediated by 2021-08-28 19:05 UTC
