A dependency update introduced an error that caused uploaded coverage report ingestion to fail. This issue was active from 2022-03-23 20:30 UTC to 2022-03-23 21:15 UTC.

The dependency was reverted to a prior release and the issue ceased. After 2022-03-23 21:15 UTC uploads should function normally.
